Items must be returned within 7 days of original dispatch date in its original condition and include all original packaging. This return policy is not applicable for change of mind and lack of expertise for use of product. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless determined faulty on our behalf. We recommend you utilise registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post.

Eva Professional – ReturnsFurniture & Electricals have a 1 year warranty. Units under warranty must be returned to our office by the purchaser for assessment. All warranty assessments must include a photocopy of the units purchase invoice. All plumbing equipment such as hoses, flick mixers etc carry a 6 month warranty.
All units received for warranty repair or replacement will firstly be assessed to determine whether the unit is faulty due to a manufacturing flaw or faulty/damaged due to misuse of the purchaser.
If a unit is faulty due to a manufacturing flaw Eva Professional will choose to repair or replace it within a reasonable time frame. Eva Professional reserves the right to either replace free of charge or repair any goods proved to be defective manufacture, provided that the cost of returning and redelivering the goods will be at the purchaser’s expense. Eva Professional’s liability shall be limited to the obligation to supply free of charge or repair products proved to have been defective in quality or workmanship at the time of delivery. In no event shall we be liable for consequential damage or for the claims of labour.
If a unit is determined faulty or damaged due to misuse, Eva Professional will not be liable to repair or replace under warranty. The purchaser will be contacted & have the choice to pick up the unit immediately from our office or agree to pay for it to be repaired and returned.
Units that contain accessories such as Bulbs, electrodes, brush heads, fuses, etc that are made to be worn do not fall under warranty. Any replacement of these will be at the purchaser’s expense.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Eva Professional within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, by email only, to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
If you received the order incorrectly, the property in the Goods remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above.
You will not be charged for re-delivery of items under this clause.
